The Seven Minute Workout
We all have those days (and sometimes weeks) when, despite our best intentions, it is a struggle to fit in a workout. A great way to squeeze exercise into your busy day is with the Seven Minute Workout. This Workout takes you through a series of movements targeting your arms, legs and core, all while getting your heart rate up. You can do this Workout anywhere: while waiting to pick up the kids from sports practice, on your lunch break at work (get your boss to join you!), or even while waiting for dinner to finish cooking. It can serve as an add-on to your existing workout (go for a run then do the Seven Minute Workout) or you can double it up and go for fourteen minutes. Don’t let a lack of time be a barrier to your health – even seven minutes can have a positive impact!
