I started seeing Dr. McBride a few years ago to address some old and lingering sports issues. What started out as trigger point injections has morphed into regular Prolotherapy and PRP treatments, balancing hormonal issues, addressing stress and fatigue, and sound nutritional advice. He is always willing to listen to my concerns and will come up with a treatment plan, tailored to my needs, that we both agree on. 

The entire staff are an amazing group of caring and respectful individuals. They recently welcomed Dr. Tak to the staff, another caring and empathetic listener!   This office carries a good selection of reputable vitamin, mineral, and protein supplements available for purchase or will offer advice on where best to obtain something. 

I went to Dr. McBride about 3 months ago with lower back pain that I have had for several years and he introduced to me the benefits of prolotherapy.   Just two days after the injections it was like I was a new person. He has changed my life; I can actually go golfing after many years of not being able to. I would suggest anyone that has pain to go and see him. 

I finally found a doctor that isn’t just about writing prescriptions but actually tackling the problem. At 45 years old I knew I needed to make some changes in my lifestyle and health and Dr. McBride and Dr. Tak not only encouraged me, but helped my literally change my life. I’m eternally grateful!!
