We are happy to bill most insurance companies on your behalf.

Salem Naturopathic Clinic and it’s providers are contracted as In-Network providers with: Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield and MODA. If you have a different insurance, we can attempt to bill as an Out-of-Network provider, if you have Out-of-Network benefits. In either case, be aware that not all plans will cover Naturopathic benefits. It is your responsibility to know your benefits.

We do NOT bill: Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans, Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Samaritan Ministries, or Medishare. We reserve the right NOT to bill your out-of-network insurance plan at our discretion.

Note that some of our services CANNOT be billed to insurance and must be paid in full at time of service.

Ultimately you will be responsible for your co-pay/co-insurance and any balance due after your insurance has paid. In addition, you are responsible for any services rendered that are not covered under the scope of your individual insurance plan.
